Refund requests are only considered under specific circumstances. By submitting a refund request, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Refunds are not available if you have already consulted with a doctor, regardless of the outcome of the consultation or whether a certificate was issued. This policy is in place because the service has been rendered and the doctor's professional time has been utilised.

If a consultation has not yet taken place, and the request is submitted before a doctor engages with your case, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent the consultation from taking place
  • Administrative errors, such as duplicate charges
  • Cancellation of the service by us before a doctor consultation occurs

Please note that change of mind, dissatisfaction with the outcome of a consultation, or employer rejection of a certificate do not constitute valid reasons for a refund.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must submit a written explanation via our refund request form, clearly outlining the reason for your request.

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting evidence may be required depending on the circumstances (e.g., proof of duplicate charge).

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

All consultation fees are strictly non-refundable once a consultation has taken place, regardless of whether:

  • A certificate is issued or declined
  • Medical advice is provided but does not meet your expectations
  • Your employer, school, or other third party does not accept the certificate

This is because the professional service has already been provided by the doctor.

5. Discretion of the Service Provider

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the service provider. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it does not meet the criteria outlined above.

If you disagree with our decision, you may contact our support team for further clarification. However, once a doctor's consultation has occurred, the decision regarding non-refundability is final.
