Get started with Dociva at no monthly cost. Your Free Account gives you a convenient place to save your details, view your application history and manage your experience with Dociva.
Use available services whenever you need them and pay as you go, without committing to a subscription. Medical certificates, Priority Service and other clinical services are purchased separately at the applicable prices.
Bronze Membership
For $24.95 per month, Bronze Membership is designed for people who regularly need single-day medical certificates and want greater convenience and value.
Enjoy up to three eligible single-day medical certificates in each monthly billing period, with Priority Service included for eligible certificate applications at no additional charge. Every application remains subject to an independent medical practitioner's assessment and approval.
Your allowance resets each billing period, and unused certificates do not roll over. Multi-day medical certificates, online consultations, prescriptions, referrals, diagnostic requests and other services are not included. Eligibility and fair use conditions apply.
Silver Membership — Coming Soon
Silver Membership is being developed for members seeking more convenient access to a wider range of Dociva telehealth services. This plan is not yet available.
Proposed benefits include eligible single-day and multi-day medical certificates, Priority Service, online consultations, new and repeat prescription requests, specialist referral requests, and pathology and imaging requests.
Final pricing, eligibility requirements, usage limits and inclusions will be confirmed before launch. Weight management services and the Virtual Health Assistant are not currently planned as Silver benefits.
Gold Membership — Coming Soon
Gold Membership is planned as Dociva's most comprehensive membership, bringing together a broader selection of digital healthcare services and member benefits. This plan is not yet available.
Proposed benefits include those being considered for Silver Membership, with additional access to weight management services and the Virtual Health Assistant.

An included benefit does not guarantee a clinical outcome or unlimited use. Bronze includes up to three eligible single-day medical certificates per monthly billing period, subject to clinical approval. Silver and Gold are not yet available; their proposed benefits may change before launch.
How Paid Memberships Work
Paid memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can view and manage your available membership options through your profile settings.
Changes between plans may involve prorated charges or credits. The applicable terms and effective date of any change will be shown during the plan change process.
Your Health Comes First
Membership benefits provide access to eligible services, but do not guarantee a medical certificate, prescription, referral or any other clinical outcome. Every request is subject to eligibility checks, clinical suitability and independent practitioner assessment.
If a requested service is not clinically appropriate, it may be declined or an alternative recommendation may be provided. Priority Service does not override clinical decisions or guarantee approval.

No. You can request available one-time services without a paid membership. A Free Account also lets you save your details and access your application history at no monthly cost.
Bronze includes up to three eligible single-day medical certificates per monthly billing period, plus Priority Service for eligible certificate applications. Certificates are issued only where a medical practitioner considers them clinically appropriate. Multi-day certificates and other services are not included.
No. Bronze's allowance resets at the beginning of each monthly billing period. Any unused allowance expires and cannot be carried over to the following month.
No. Priority Service gives eligible applications priority processing, but it does not guarantee a particular turnaround time or a medical certificate. All applications must still undergo an appropriate clinical review.
You can review available changes from your profile settings. Changes between paid plans may involve prorated charges or credits. If you move to a Free Account, the effective date will depend on the terms presented when you make the change.
Your membership fee is charged each monthly billing period using the payment method associated with your subscription. Payments continue automatically until your membership is cancelled or changed in accordance with the applicable terms.
Silver and Gold are currently in development and are not available to join. We will confirm their launch dates, pricing and final benefits when the plans are ready.
